Koichi Takada Architects
Heading up an experienced team, acclaimed architect Koichi Takada has brought a Japanese sensibility to Australian architecture, melding the traditions of his homeland with today’s stunning flowing forms.
Founded in Sydney in 2008, Koichi Takada Architects is a young and innovative practice, which has already delivered a wide range of international interior and architecture projects.
Their past projects include highly acclaimed residential interiors for East Village, Platinum, Central Park, and Pacific Bondi Beach, as well as restaurant projects for Tree in Sutherland, Cave in Maroubra and Ippudo Sydney at Westfield in the CBD.
KTA have won numerous awards, including Best International Restaurant at the Restaurant and Bar Design Awards (UK), Best Leisure Interior Australia at the International Property Awards (UK), the Premier Award and Best Commercial. They have also been shortlisted for the Australian Interior Design Award.
